I've paid for a raffle ticket, what happens next? 

You're in the draw! One prize winner only. "Win a Free Year of Cinema" includes one free ticket per week, valid until the week commencing Monday 2 March 2025. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be rolled over to future months. The draw will be made on Fri 28 Feb, 5pm.

Can I collect my order from Broadway? 

Yes! You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Just make sure you bring that email with you. 

 

Can you post my order?

Unfortunately, we're unable to post orders and these can only be collected from box office.

What is your returns policy?
As this is an extremely limited run of Broadway branded merch, we are unable to offer exchanges and only offer refunds on unused and unmarked goods which are returned in their original packaging within 14 days or purchase. 

Is your merchandise ethically sourced? 
Our merch is sourced from ethical suppliers with chains that are certified by various independent bodies and organisations.
